Metcalfe’s Kathy Rousson dedicated to the company’s success

Ms. Rousson has been with The Door Company for 25 years. As General Manager, Kathy is responsible for overseeing all day-to-day activities. Ms. Rousson’s strong leadership qualities, level-headed guidance and kind heart are a backbone of the company’s success. In addition to her day-to-day responsibilities, Kathy’s vast product and customer knowledge have often served as an invaluable resource for the company’s 35+ employees.

In recognition of Ms. Rousson’s commitment she has been awarded a commemorative plaque to celebrate her tenure. Additionally, the company has given Ms. Rousson a Breezy Living Garage Door Screen and employees will be chipping in to help Ms. Rousson with her home renovation.
